DMCA and Copyright Policy
Last revised: 24 July 2026
VirtuAI respects intellectual-property rights and provides a notice-and-takedown process for copyright complaints, including notices submitted in the form contemplated by the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Copyright infringement notice
A rights holder or authorised agent should provide the following information in writing:
- a physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorised agent
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- information sufficient to identify and locate the allegedly infringing material or interaction
- the reporter’s name, postal address, telephone number, and email address
- a statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and the reporter is authorised to act
2. Response to a notice
VirtuAI will assess whether the notice contains sufficient information, identify the relevant material where possible, and take appropriate action. This may include requesting clarification, restricting access, preventing regeneration, removing material from systems under our control where technically applicable, notifying the affected user, or declining an incomplete or unsupported notice.
We aim to resolve covered copyright complaints within seven calendar days after receiving sufficient information to identify and assess the matter, without limiting any shorter or different period required by applicable law.
3. Counter-notification
A person who believes material was restricted because of mistake or misidentification may submit a counter-notification identifying the material, explaining the basis for the objection, providing contact information, consenting to the jurisdiction required by applicable DMCA rules where relevant, and including the declarations and signature required by law.
Where the DMCA counter-notification procedure applies, VirtuAI may forward the counter-notification to the original claimant and may restore access after the applicable waiting period unless the claimant provides notice of legal action. Restoration remains subject to the Terms of Use and other applicable policies.
4. Repeat infringement and false notices
VirtuAI may restrict or terminate accounts associated with repeated or serious infringement. Knowingly false, abusive, or materially misleading notices or counter-notices may violate applicable law and the Terms of Use.
5. Submission address
Notices and counter-notifications should be sent to contact@virtugf.com. This public contact process does not by itself represent that VirtuAI has registered a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.
