Blocked Content Policy

Last revised: 24 July 2026

VirtuAI is committed to a lawful and safe service. The following categories are prohibited in user inputs, reference material, and AI-generated text, images, voice, or video, including where presented as fictional, fantasy, or roleplay.

1. Prohibited content

  • child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or content presenting a person as a minor
  • incest or bestiality, including fictional, fantasy, or roleplay scenarios
  • non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, or sexual violence
  • impersonation or sexual content involving an identifiable real person without the necessary rights and consent
  • illegal activity or content that facilitates serious wrongdoing
  • terrorism, credible threats, or content encouraging violence, self-harm, or harm to others
  • hate, discrimination, or harassment targeting protected characteristics
  • infringement of privacy, copyright, trademark, publicity, or other third-party rights

2. User responsibility

Users must not request, attempt to generate, upload as reference material, or otherwise use the service for prohibited content. The private nature of an interaction does not make prohibited content permissible.

3. Moderation controls

VirtuAI uses automated safeguards on user inputs and generated outputs, together with provider moderation signals and technical records. Controls may block a request, withhold an output, prevent media generation, or restrict access. We do not publish bypass-sensitive thresholds or filtering details.

4. Enforcement and reporting

Violations may result in blocked content, restricted functionality, permanent account termination, preservation of necessary records, and cooperation with competent authorities or designated reporting bodies where required by law. Severe violations do not require repeated warnings before action is taken.
