Content Removal Policy
Last revised: 24 July 2026
VirtuAI provides private interactions with AI-generated characters and does not operate a public adult-content marketplace. Nevertheless, generated or supplied material may raise concerns involving an identifiable person, consent, privacy, illegality, or third-party rights. This policy explains how removal and restriction requests are handled.
1. Reasons for requesting removal
- AI-generated material that resembles or impersonates an identifiable real person
- non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes
- misuse of a person’s image, voice, name, likeness, or identity
- copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights infringement
- illegal or otherwise prohibited content
2. How to submit a request
Send the reporter’s contact details, the affected person or rights holder, the relevant account, interaction, URL, date or approximate time, a clear description of the material, the reason for removal, and any information showing urgency. We may request proportionate evidence of identity, authority, or rights ownership where necessary.
Do not unnecessarily download, reproduce, or send suspected illegal imagery. A description, account reference, or other identifying information should be provided first wherever possible.
3. Review and interim protection
VirtuAI records and assesses the request, identifies the relevant account or interaction where possible, and determines whether immediate restriction is needed. Credible urgent reports involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, trafficking, coercion, or imminent harm may result in immediate protective restrictions while the assessment continues.
4. Available actions and timeline
Depending on the circumstances, VirtuAI may block a request or output, prevent regeneration, remove files from systems under its control where technically applicable, restrict functionality, terminate an account, preserve necessary evidence, or cooperate with a relevant provider or competent authority.
We aim to resolve covered requests no later than seven calendar days after receiving sufficient information to identify and assess the matter. If a final legal determination cannot be completed in that period, an appropriate interim protective measure may be taken while the assessment continues.
5. Privacy
Requests and supporting information are handled confidentially and disclosed only where necessary to investigate, protect affected persons, operate the service, comply with law, or cooperate with a competent authority or service provider.
